Yes, provided that:

1. There is a shipping mark. (It is possible to tape a square of cardboard to suitcase and draw shipping mark with black marker pen on the cardboard)
2. It is not locked (Customs are permitted to break open in event of customs inspection)
3. A luggage strap is fastened to prevent case opening.

It is a good idea to keep the weight below 18 kg.
